The Las Vegas outlet is owned by Ronald Memo a veteran of Las Vegas. In his excitement over the concept of GolfTEC and the quality of the golf instruction that will be offered in his first location, Memo plans to open two additional locations in the future to cover the entire Las Vegas Valley.
The new GolfTEC facility is located at the corner of Durango and Desert Inn, inside the Vons shopping center. As a GolfTEC "Premier" location, golfers looking to improve their swing, will be treated to a wide variety of services and products by GolfTEC. Located within the facility are three hitting bays and a practice putting area. This location features three instructors including Jim Shaw, Jeff Jones, PGA Professional and Timothy Hendry. Each of these qualified instructors have been trained in the GolfTEC method and attended the GTU training classes in Denver, Colorado.
All of the hitting bays are equipped with the harness training system that is critical to the GolfTEC system. While in the hitting bays the golfer can view their golf swing from two different angles. Once a golfer is familiar with the operation they can purchase practice time in one of the practice bays. This will enable the student to get immediate feedback without the presence of the golf instructor.
